ZENSEI is a food company that embraces three main pillars of sales: ZENSEI Ready To Eat (Food Service), ZENSEI Retail (Frozen Food), and ZENSEI B2B (Manufacturing). Under the umbrella of PT. Zentama Global Indonesia, there are three types of outlets: express booths, open kitchens, and prime restaurants.
Since its inception from the first outlet in Margahayu Raya, ZENSEI has experienced rapid growth in a relatively short period of time. Currently, ZENSEI has expanded to 14 branch outlets scattered across the city of Bandung within just 3 years. This achievement is attributed to an effective and efficient production system that does not compromise product quality, allowing ZENSEI to deliver consistent flavors in every product offered.
Furthermore, ZENSEI operates a central kitchen that meets the needs of all outlets operating in Bandung and beyond. Creative marketing programs, such as special promotions and exciting events, have successfully created satisfaction among consumers and increased brand awareness of ZENSEI on a wider scale.
By upholding product quality and an effective and efficient production system, ZENSEI continues to grow and strives to expand its business coverage. Through Franchise 4.0, ZENSEI aims to open more outlets in various cities in Indonesia, allowing a greater number of people to enjoy the quality products offered by ZENSEI.
